Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, an order can be changed if it has not yet gone to print. Contact us directly to check the status and provide any details.
Can I change my shipping address after the order has been submitted?
Yes, you can change the shipping address on your order by contacting us directly within 24 hours of submitting. If the product is shipped to an incorrect address, we will notify you once it has been returned to us.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging in and visiting your My Orders page.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! Send us your artwork and any requests on garment type, color and quantity and we will get back to you with a quote. Once your design is approved, the order and payment will need to be placed over the phone prior to production.
When will I receive items I submit for a custom order?
Most custom orders take 2-3 weeks. However, if your order is larger than average, we will let you know approximate production time with your custom order quote.
Can I cancel my order?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged the full amount after production, when your order is ready to ship. This may be a matter of hours, dependant upon the time of your order and our production schedule. Your bank's policies may place on hold on the funds until the transaction is processed.
Is my payment secure?
Yes! Your credit card data is not stored on our servers. We work with one of the most widely used payment providers -- Authorized.net, as well as PayPal, to process your transaction. All personally identifiable information is encrypted with SSL technology to ensure your security.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Discounts will vary based on quantity, garment selection and sizes. Send us the details and we will build a quote just for you.
What is your return / exchange policy?
Because our items are custom printed, all sales are final. Be sure to use the size guide before purchasing to ensure your item will fit correctly. We are not responsible for damage due to washing or wear and tear.
If you need to adjust an order, it is possible to do so by contacting us before an order has gone to print. This could be a matter of hours dependant upon our production schedule and the time you placed your order.
We do not offer exchanges, however if you received the wrong item, your order is damaged during shipment or the print is defective, we will work with you to send a replacement or provide a refund. If you believe your item is eligible, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos of the item.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We will gladly work to resolve any issues related to a damaged item or low quality print. Please contact us directly and include a photograph, clearly showing the damaged or poor quality area. This will ensure the quickest response time and prevent issues in subsequent printing.
What if my item is damaged after washing?
Griffin Ink is not responsible for damage caused by washing or natural wear and tear. We strongly advise following the care instructions found on the inside label of the garment. To best preserve the quality of your item, we recommend washing it in cold water, inside out, and without tumble drying.

How is shipping calculated?
We charge flat rate shipping for USPS First Class mail: $2.99 per item for orders shipped to the 48 U.S. contiguous states. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are $4.99 per item.
How long does it take to ship?
After production, regular orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Delivery typically takes 1-3 Business Days, but could vary slightly with inclement weather.
Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping, but we will get your order shipped as quickly as possible!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping only within the United States.
What happens if the item is "Returned to Sender"?
If an order is returned to us with an incorrect address, we will make every effort via phone and email to contact the buyer. If a correct address cannot be obtained, a refund of the charges will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
